You can register through the SupFolio website, verify your email, and access the supplier dashboard to upload your catalog.
Can I set different prices for different Clients?
Yes. You can assign unique discount percentages or custom pricing per client.
How do I receive and manage orders?
You receive real-time notifications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and directly in your SupFolio dashboard. From there, you can confirm, update, or assign orders to your delivery drivers.
How do I manage deliveries?
Yes. SupFolio offers a dedicated logistics app for your company's drivers and trucks. Through this app, drivers are notified centrally of the orders assigned to them for delivery.
You can either assign an order directly to a specific driver or broadcast it to all available drivers. In broadcast mode, the first driver to claim the order will take responsibility for its execution.
The app also includes Google Maps integration, enabling optimized route planning and real-time delivery tracking.
How do I import my Products?
You can import your products in three ways:
- Manually through the SupFolio dashboard.
- Using our One-Click Import functionality, where you can select products directly from our existing database of over 30,000 Products.
- Uploading a product catalog using our predefined Excel template.

Can I issue an invoice via SupFolio?
No. SupFolio does not generate invoices. You must issue invoices through your own ERP system, which should be connected with the official myData System for compliance with tax regulations.
