Once your Buyer account is set up, the next step is to connect with suppliers so you can start browsing products and placing orders. SupFolio makes it simple to find and connect with trusted suppliers in your industry.
After creating your Buyer account, the next step is to connect with your suppliers. There are three easy ways to do this in SupFolio:
1. Add a Supplier Manually
- Tap “Add Supplier” from the Suppliers page.
- Fill in the form with your supplier’s details, including:
- Business Name
- VAT Number
- Submit the form to send a connection request.
Once you do this one Connection request will be sent to the Supplier and The Supplier must accept your request to start View his catalog, prices and Start placing orders to this Supplier
2. Scan a Supplier’s QR Code
- On the app, tap the QR Code icon in the top-right corner.
- Your camera will open — simply scan the supplier’s unique QR code (found on their catalog, flyer, or product packaging).
Once scanned, your Connection request will be sent to the Supplier and The Supplier must accept your request to start View his catalog, prices and Start placing orders to this Supplier
3. Accept Supplier Invitations
Suppliers can also send you invitations directly. When they do, you’ll be notified in two ways:
- By Email – You’ll receive a connection link in your inbox. Tap the link, and your account will be connected to the supplier.
- Inside the App – Go to My Business → Invitations. Here you’ll see any pending invites from suppliers. Tap Accept to confirm the connection.
