Cancellations & Returns

SupFolio gives you flexibility and control over your orders.
You can cancel orders before they’re processed, and you can return products after delivery if necessary.

You have two options when cancelling:

  1. Cancel the entire order

    Go to My Business → Orders.
    Select the order.
    Tap Cancel Order.
    Choose the Reason you want to Cancel it
    Confirm cancellation.
    The supplier is notified instantly.

  2. Cancel an individual product from an order

    Go to My Business → Orders
    Select the order.
    Find the specific product you don’t need anymore.|
    Tap Cancel Product and confirm.
    The order is updated, and your supplier is notified.

Note: Cancellation is only available before the supplier processes or dispatches the order.
